Lynda specializes in trade mark prosecution before the Canadian Trade Mark Office and proceedings before the Trade Mark Opposition Board. She also advises clients on registrability, and on the acquisition, protection and enforcement of trade mark rights in Canada. Prior to joining the firm, Lynda was the acting Chief of Training and Development at the Canadian Trade Mark Office. She also worked for a number of years as a Senior Trade Mark Examiner.
